Reseller commissions are paid by check when
the balance due as of the end of the previous calendar month is:

for resellers residing in the USA |

for resellers residing outside of the USA |
A higher minimum balance is used for international resellers to reduce
the percentage of commissions lost to currency conversion and other processing fees imposed by banks outside of the USA.
